Eligibility Criteria – Qualification for Junior Geologist
📘 A Post Graduate Degree in Geology or Applied Geology
ORA Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Geo-Technical Engineering
💻 Basic knowledge of computer application as per Gujarat Civil Services General Rules, 1967
🗣️ Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both

Salary – Junior Geologist Pay Scale
Fixed Pay: ₹49,600/- per month for the first 5 years
Regular Pay after 5 years (on satisfactory performance):
₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400 (Level-8) as per 7th Pay Matrix
