- ધોરણ – ૧૨ પાસ તથા સરકાર માન્ય સેનેટરી ઇન્સપેક્ટરનો કોર્સ પાસ.
અથવા સરકાર માન્ય મલ્ટી પરપઝ હેલ્થ વર્કરનો કોર્સ પાસ. - વડોદરા મહાનગરપાલિકાના આરોગ્ય વિભાગમાં અગાઉ ક્ષેત્રિય ફરજ બજાવેલ ઉમેદવારો માટે ધોરણ – ૧૦ પાસ તથા સરકાર માન્ય સેનેટરી ઇન્સ્પેકટરનો કોર્સ પાસ અથવા સરકાર માન્ય મલ્ટી પરપઝ હેલ્થ વર્કરનો કોર્સ પાસ.
- કોમ્પ્યુટર બેઝીક કોર્સ પાસ.
- આરોગ્યલક્ષી કામગીરીના અનુભવ ધરાવતાં ઉમેદવારને પ્રાધાન્ય.
- વડોદરા શહેરના ઉમેદવારને પ્રાધાન્ય આપવામાં આવશે.

(૨) જે ઉમેદવારો વડોદરા મહાનગરપાલિકાના આરોગ્ય વિભાગમાં અગાઉ ક્ષેત્રિય ફરજ બજાવતા હોય અને ૪૫ વર્ષથી વધુ ઉમર હોય તેઓ પણ ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરી શકાશે.
(૩) જે ઉમેદવારો વડોદરા મહાનગરપાલિકાના આરોગ્ય વિભાગમાં અગાઉ ક્ષેત્રિય ફરજ બજાવેલ હોય તેમણે ડોક્યુમેન્ટ વેરીફીકેશન વખતે તેની પુર્તતા કરવાની રહેશે.
