- અનુ.નં.૧ થી ૮ ની કેડર માટેના અરજદારોએ બેંક તરફથી આપવામાં આવેલ નમુના મુજબની અરજીની સાથે રૂ ૩૦૦/- બેંકના QR કોડથી જમા કરાવવાના રહેશે. તથા અનુ.નં.૯ અને ૧૦ની કેડર માટેના અરજદારોએ બેંકના QR કોડથી રૂ ૧૫૦/- જમા કરાવવાના રહેશે. જે નોન-રીફંડેબલ રહેશે.
