Institute for Plasma Research (IPR) Gandhinagar, under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, invites eligible candidates for a Walk-in Interview for the post of Research Associate in its Plasma Thruster Section.

IPR Recruitment 2025 Job Overview:

Eligibility, Education Qualification, Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Physics with specialization in Experimental Plasma Physics.
• Essential Experience: Minimum 2 years post-Ph.D. experience.
• Desirable Experience:
  • Operation of plasma experimental systems
  • Electrical diagnostics (Mach probe etc.)
  • Knowledge of Langmuir probe, B dot Probe, RFEA, OES
  • Experimental data analysis using self-developed routines
  • Preparation of technical documents
