૧. ઉમેદવારની ફક્ત ઓનલાઇન http://arogysathi.gujarat.gov.in પર મળેલ અરજી જ સ્વિકારવામાં આવશે આર.પી.એ.ડી., સ્પીડ પોસ્ટ, કુરીયર કે સાદી ટપાલ દ્વારા મળેલ અરજી માન્ય રહેશે નહી .
૨. સુવાચ્ય ઓરીઝીનલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ ની ફોટોકોપી સોફ્ટવેર માં ફરજીયાત અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે.
3. અધુરી વિગતોવાળી અરજીઓ અમાન્ય રહેશે
